Learn how to prepare and cook traditional Thai dishes at an organic farm with a chef certified by Chiang Mai center for skill.

Prepare and cook Thai food at an organic farm with a chef certified by Chiang Mai center for skill. Stop at a local market, and then travel to the school which is located 40 minutes away from the city. You will see many different kinds of organic herbs, vegetables and fruits that we grow ourselves. You will have your own cooking station and enjoy your meal that you proudly cook yourself.

Half Day Course

Pick up: 8.00 – 8.30am. Return:  2.00 pm

Cooking 5 dishes

Choose what you want to cook 5 dishes.
Pick your Curry : Green / Red / Panang or Massaman Curry
Pick one: Stir-Fried : Pad Thai / Fried Rice / Cashew with Chicken or Basil Chicken
Pick your Soup : Hot & Sour /Tom Kha / Chicken Basil soup or Creamy hot soup
Pick your Appetizer : Papaya Salad / Spicy Chicken Salad / Spicy Glass noodles Salad or Spring Roll
Pick your Dessert : Mango with Sticky Rice / Banana in coconut milk / Pumpkin in coconut milk

We grow everything with love as we wish to have good health, we use them to cook our own healthy Thai food and we also proudly provide them for your dishes.
Teachers are experienced, fun, and able to give students personal help.
Classes are small, so the environment is more close and friendly.Students will receive “recipes book” after finishing class.
